We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but please note that all items are non-refundable. However, if something does not fit or is not absolutely perfect we can facilitate an exchange!
iloveplum has an established exchange policy, which allows you to exchange your item (including faulty and wrongly described items) for another item or store credit within 15 days from the date your order is shipped. After the 15-day period has elapsed, unfortunately, we no longer offer an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it along with the original packaging and ALL tags attached.
