What is your shipping policy?

iloveplum has an established exchange policy, which allows you to exchange your item (including faulty and wrongly described items) for another item or store credit within 15 days from the date your order is shipped. After the 15-day period has elapsed, unfortunately, we no longer offer an exchange.

What is your return policy?

We recently started shipping to Canada. All fees for international orders (i.e. shipping, duties, and taxes) will be shared and collected when you checkout on our store. No additional fees will need to be collected when the item is delivered. 
For other locations 🌎 check back soon as we are expanding our shipping locations as quickly as possible!

Does iloveplum offer international shipping? 

All of our tutus are machine washable! We suggest washing on a cold, gentle cycle, use a mild detergent and hanging up to dry! If your tutu wrinkles, you can use a steamer or an iron on low heat to remove wrinkles!

How can I track my order?  

Kids' clothes come in different sizes to fit children of all ages. For the littlest ones, starting from 3 months up to 24 months. As they grow a bit older, there are adorable toddler sizes like 2-5 years. For older kids, you can choose from children's sizes, usually covering ages 6 to 8. Remember that sizes might vary a bit depending on the brand, so it's always helpful to check the brand's sizing chart for the best fit!
